GitHub ↗QA at Artlist — Growth team
July 2025 – July 2026, on a QA team led by a QA Lead. The Growth team owns the money paths: pricing page, plan modal, checkout, upgrades, credits wallet, and the free-trial and guest journeys.
- Tested every Growth release on desktop and mobile web, across currencies and VAT.
- Turned Jira tickets into Gherkin test plans in Zephyr Scale, and flagged spec gaps before development.
- Maintained and extended the Playwright/TypeScript suites in GitLab CI — journey specs and page objects for new plans and flows.
- Built a nightly pricing check (TypeScript, GitLab CI) against Chargebee across 8 currencies, VAT and billing periods, alerting in Slack. It caught 2 billing misconfigurations, one an ILS plan off by ₪7.38.
- Built Entity Builder, a Playwright tool that provisions QA accounts through the Chargebee API in 12+ subscription types, with an audit-and-fix run for drifted accounts.
- Tested production AI agents — an in-product prompt assistant and a third-party support bot — for accuracy and edge cases, and drove fixes with the vendor.
- Watched production through Datadog, Mixpanel funnel alerts and Sentry; triaged incidents and followed them to closure.
- Wrote 49 Claude/Cursor skills and 5 internal plugins the QA team used for test plans, Zephyr sync, bug filing, QA accounts and price checks.
Before QA: Tier 2 support
Artlist, April 2024 – June 2025, and Waves Audio, October 2022 – June 2023. Escalation point for subscriptions, payments and technical faults; root cause first, then a report engineering could reproduce. At Artlist I helped route a ~1,000-ticket day by subject and set up a Slack bot that opened urgent bugs in Jira and Zendesk together.
